This page is where we list the email addresses we have tried to contact but have been unable to reach. If you wrote to us and have not received a reply, it is worth checking here before you write again.
There are a few common reasons a reply fails to arrive:
- A full mailbox. The address can receive mail but the mailbox has no space left, so the reply is rejected on arrival.
- A mistyped return address. If the address in your message has a small typing error, the reply cannot be routed back to you.
- An aggressive spam filter. Some filters block automated replies without telling you. Adding the simplysup1.com domain to your safe senders list usually solves this.
- A changed address. If your provider has closed the mailbox, the reply will bounce even though you sent the original message only days earlier.
Current status: there are no unreachable addresses on the list at this time. Every message we have answered recently has been delivered successfully.
If you believe a reply to you has gone astray, write to [email protected] from a different address if you can, and include the date and subject of your original message. That gives us enough to trace the thread. You can also use the contact us page for sales and sample addresses.
