Simply Super Software is a UK-based PC software solutions provider. Formed in 1999, we are a dynamic company specialising in the provision of anti-malware software for the Microsoft Windows® platform.
The main application currently being developed by our company is the award-winning Trojan Remover. First released in December 1999, Trojan Remover is designed to detect, disable and remove malware from those systems where standard anti-malware programs have been unsuccessful.

Sales
General sales enquiries should be sent to:

If you have already registered Trojan Remover, and have a query regarding your order, or have ordered it and are waiting for information, you should contact the registration company concerned direct. We currently use two different registration companies, so you should contact the one you dealt with. For Plimus, contact [email protected]. For Regsoft, contact [email protected]. These are also the addresses to contact should you have any queries regarding delivery and functioning of any CDs ordered (again, contact the registration company that you actually registered with).

Questions regarding the use and operation of Trojan Remover, including questions on Malware issues, should be sent to:

Emails are normally responded to within 24 hours (usually sooner). If you have not received a reply in this time please check your spam filters to see if our mail has been intercepted. If you re-send your mail but still do not receive a reply please check the list of email addresses we are unable to reach.

File Samples
If you wish to submit file(s) for analysis please send them to
[email protected] with the Subject title: "File For Analysis". You should place the file(s) into a password-protected Zip archive, with the password infected. This will ensure that your mail will not be intercepted by any antivirus scanners.

Creating zipfiles (XP):
1. Using Windows Explorer, locate the first file you want to zip.
2. Right click on the file and select "Send To" and "Compressed (zipped) Folder".
3. Right click any other files you want to compress and select "Copy".
4. Right click on the compressed folder and select "Paste".  The copied files will be compressed and pasted in.
5. Right click on the file and select "Explore".
6. In "File" select "Add a Password".  Enter the password and confirm the password.

On Vista and above you will need to use a third-party archive manager, such as Winzip, Winrar or 7zip.

Note: if you are going to send the file(s) using Yahoo or Google Mail then you should change the file extension of any executable file (e.g. .exe, .com, .bat, .scr) to something else (e.g. .ex0, .ba0) before zipping the files, otherwise your email provider will prevent the files from being sent.

Remember to use the password infected.
